Right now I’m helping a friend train for his job as a firefighter and we’re learning how to build muscle by following a helpful blogger blog we found. Now you definitely shouldn’t believe everything you read especially when it comes to things like building muscle or fitness (it turns out everyone’s got an opinion) but you need to be careful who you trust when it comes to your body.

But the information is pretty simple and you can’t go wrong following the basics. We’re probably going to get more advanced but I thought I’d help out whoever needs help and hasn’t got a good starting place.

I was in the market for a Coach purse recently so I decided to check out some purses online. Just like everyone else I ended up on Ebay and found some great deals on Coach purses. It turned out though that some where better deals than others. I found out that some of the items were actually fake coach purses.

They were made by counterfeiters who make these imitation purses to look like actual genuine purses. I was glad I was able to see through the scam but I worry about people who do not know as much about Coach purses as I do. My best advice would be to have people buy from a seller who has really good feed back.

I can’t remember where I read that allergies and hearing are in direct relation. I don’t know if this is true or not, a my allergology specialist told me he is not aware of such a connection. Fact is that every time the pampas grass blooms, I have the sensation that I’m suffering a slight loss of hearing. Would this be an allergic response of my immune system, or is it only the fact that I live nearby the airport and I hear those noises from planes taking off several times a day? I’d rather tend to believe that the planes are guilty for my gradual decrease of the hearing ability, so I’d better find a way to move in another area of the city, or even it the countryside, to have some more silence.

This was not the first time I’ve been to Greece, but it was for the first time we’ve been staying in Thassos, the famous Greek island where tourists have great scuba diving centers where they can go and learn diving. The hotel was almost on the beach, we could see the sea from our room. The weather was very sunny, so we were thankful to our hosts for installing dark Bali shades at all windows. The water was warm and very good for swimming, despite the fact that nobody would have dared to bath barefoot. Those nasty, thorny sea creatures were everywhere on the bottom, so we had to wear our rubber shoes. Expect from that, everything was great, from the clubs and entertainment centers to the foods and drinks. I think I’ll be going back some other time.

The tivax stb-t9 is no longer the top digital TV converter box on the market. With, a ton of new converter boxes coming onto the market each week it is no surprise to me that the the stb-t9 has been dethroned as the top converter box. I know what most of you are thinking to that top rated converter box now is probably the CM-7000 or DTVPal.  Both of these are excellent digital TV converter boxes and certainly worthy candidates but not tops.  The new top rated converter box is actually the tivax stb-t8.  Yep, thats right! Its is exactly like the stb-t9 except for that it has been fully updated to include the analog pass feature.
